### Covers

PufferLib/RL projects, Critical Ranger FFM, zone-control experiments, simulation evidence gates, environment design, and future similar RL labs.

### Not Covered

General local GPU setup unless required by RL experiment execution; unrelated game projects without RL/simulation learning goals.

### Current As

2026-06-16 — scaffold only. Content has not yet been fully compiled.
